Terms of return and exchange of goods

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days only if the goods delivered to you do not correspond to your order. Goods that have not been used and that have retained all consumer properties and packaging are accepted for return / exchange.

Steps to exchange or return an item for buyers:

Inform the order number and state the reason for the return / exchange. Send an email with a request for a return in free form. The manager will accept the application and inform the date of arrival of the courier for exchange or return. The courier needs to hand over the goods and a cash receipt confirming the purchase.

If you need a refund, fill out the application and enclose it in the parcel you are sending along with the documents that you received. The return package must be sent by mail to the address that the store managers will inform you.
